Known Errors as of 11/30/09
For Early On:
1. An improper WARNING is issued when there is a blank Initial Meeting Date for an OLD (prior to count period) Initial IFSP. Also, when the file is submitted, there is no chance to enter a value to remove the warning.
2. An improper WARNING is issued when there is no Reason for Meeting Timeline for a late First Meeting Date or Initial IFSP Date for an old (prior to the count period) Initial IFSP.
3. When the Referral Agency Type is blank, no dropdown is provided for correction, just a TEXT box. And the TEXT box accepts anything - be careful.
4. There is no capability to DELETE a specific record, like there is for SPecial Ed.
For Special Ed:
FIXED - There is an improper warning about Residency code 14 for PSAs and ISD schools
5. Tech Manual submissions are incorrectly flagged when Multiple Birth Order = 00. There should be no error.
For BOTH Early On and Special Ed:
6. When corrections are made in the On Line process, the changes are not listed in the Submission Count change report or the stagewise summary count report. This does not work for Special Ed or Early On
7. The Ethnic entry is not saving HISPANIC = YES for new entries on the Demographics page; it is reverting to NO much like Black and White were doing last week.
